My belief that we are wired for relationship informs my work as a therapist. Unfortunately, oftentimes our closest relationships may be our greatest source of pain; yet healing also often happens through our relationships. As an attachment based therapist, I help individuals explore their relationship to self and others. I help couples communicate more effectively, strengthen their bond, and rebuild trust. I also help people of faith who have experienced spiritual trauma in their faith communities, as well as those deconstructing, and/or reconstructing their faith.
Our sessions will be warm and non-judgmental. You can relax here, have a cup of tea, and feel understood and cared for. Your goals are important to me. We will collaborate together to meet them, and to ensure you are getting the most out of therapy.
